They’re also so much more. They were in search of a way to communicate the “real” culture of Vistaprint; a fun, inspiring, and people-forward culture. Their goal was to attract smarter talent, the likes of whom think companies like Google and Apple are the bee’s knees. After speaking with several people working at Vistaprint, it became clear that Vistaprint is a place that is “Driven by Curiosity” and we wanted to let it show.

Because it’s a Smart, Bold & Beautiful career move. HC is the place to be for all levels of stylists, from the newly graduated to the slightly more experienced to the “Tabitha Takeover” types. To target each audience, we developed several offshoot campaigns under the Smart, Bold & Beautiful branding umbrella that reached the masses through email, social displays, flyers, landing pages and a new career site.
Yum! Brands, owners of fast-food chains Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, were looking for ways to utilize their popular consumer brand culture and translate it into messaging that would resonate with millennial job seekers. We wanted to showcase the many benefits of choosing Taco Bell or Pizza Hut as your first career - and perhaps your last.
